Once we have received all the necessary information/documents from you, it will take an average of 2-3 weeks for you to receive your NIE number. This does depend on the processing time at the Polícia Nacional.
You will receive a power of attorney from us within two hours of your request. You need to sign this and have it legalized by a notary. You can also do this with a copy of your passport. finally, you can obtain an apostille for the power of attorney from any court or notary. Send these two documents to our address in Spain together with a passport photograph.
When you have documents legalized through a notary, you pay an average of 50 euros per document for this. The apostille can be obtained from a court of your choice in the Netherlands for 25 euros, or through an (online) notary, for example through notarity.
